Grilling Ribs Empty Grilling Ribs

Post  DB June 28th 2009, 10:03 am

I'm getting this urge to go buy a grill and cook up some ribs. Our trip to Memphis,TN last month ruined me LOL...Anyone have any advice on cooking them?I think I have some idea after watching the Food Channel and reading some articles online, seems like there is a million ways to do it.just would like to see what everyone else has to say.I like them"fall off the bone".

I know some people that boil them for a little bit before grillin them. Turns out pretty good, tends not to dry them out.
